Experience
CRC project managers are versed in project acquisition and execution methods used by both DoD and DOE, including Spiral Development, used by the Air Force, and the Critical Decision process used by DOE. CRC project management professionals are trained in DOE management methods specified in DOE Guide 413 (1 thru 18), including quality, security, risk management, and earned value management.
We use advanced project control tools to track and manage requirements along with innovative personnel management techniques to motivate and direct project teams. CRC project control specialists are trained in the full range of project control tools required to plan, estimate, schedule, track and report on Government projects.
Our standard toolbox includes programs as simple as Microsoft Project, which is now capable of meeting DOE’s EVMS requirements, to Primavera P6 integrated with Timberline estimating tools.
